Annually, KU Leuven shortlists a reasonable number of excellent International students from developing countries of the world for their Ph.D. These countries are Burkina Faso, Benin, Burundi, D.R. Eligibility Requirements for Global Minds Doctoral Scholarships
• Interested students who are citizens of the EU cannot apply for this scholarship award.
• Interested students’ research project academic quality must be excellent academic quality, focusing especially on the development relevance of the proposal.
• Interested students’ Master’s degrees must have been offered no more than ten before October 1, 2023 (as well as the ongoing calendar year).
• Interested students must have been offered an academic grade equal to High Distinction or higher.
• Interested students must be citizens of the countries of above countries.
